Note on Custom/Specialty Items: For the safety of all our customers, custom-fitted tactical/military boots and personalized western boots cannot be returned unless defective. All other products in our Hiking Boots, Work Boots, and Work Shoes categories are eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

  • For exchanges, clearly note the replacement item/size needed

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
